FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GR-AD Pro clean surface technology creates a physical barrier protecting the surfaces and preventing microbes from finding a home. This leaves them exposed and vulnerable, which allows disinfectants to do their job.
GR-AD Pro continuously works for up to 30 days, providing long-term protection from the microscopic level.
GR-AD Pro is 100% non-toxic and free of harmful chemicals, arsenic, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals, or polychlorinated phenols.
GR-AD Pro has been clinically-proven to reduce ATP readings for up to 30 days; in low-traffic areas, it’s been proven to work for up to 90 days.
GR-AD Pro is to be used after the surfaces have been properly disinfected and allowed to dry. GR-AD Pro can be applied, sprayed, wiped—any method of application. The key is to make sure that it dries prior to any traffic in the area.
GR-AD Pro does not activate when the surface is wet. The value is in the dry molecular coating. Dry time is 2-3 minutes.
GR-AD Pro is formulated with a very low amount of isopropyl alcohol with an extremely low to non-existent scent. If properly applied, GR-AD Pro leaves no residue/film. Overtreatment can cause a haze on glossy surfaces. Once dry, GR-AD Pro enhances the surface molecularly; it is unnoticeable to sight or touch.
GR-AD Pro has an expiration date of three years. Since GR-AD Pro is a water-based solution, it should be stored above 32°F (0°C) to prevent freezing.
Once dry, GR-AD Pro holds up to standard JAN/SAN chemicals applied on top of it. Two clinical studies showed that GR-AD Pro’s 30-day active time is not reduced by any of the common chemicals used for disinfection or cleaning purposes.
There should be no issues; however, since it is a water-based formula, care should be taken to be sure the GR-AD Pro solution does not reach sensitive components.
